CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

LTB customers can cancel a booking up to 10 days before the start of your booking – LTB will refund all monies paid minus 15% (held back for administration purposes).

If the cancellation is less than 10 days before the start of your booking, unfortunately we are unable to refund any monies.

Any refunds will be made back to the payment method and person used to make the booking, refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING:

Changes and amendments to your booking must be made within 3 days of the start of your booking otherwise we will be unable to move them to an alternative date. Any changes must be made by emailing us.
